Eligibility to Host
Social impact hosts can be individuals associated with nonprofit organizations, including staff, board members, contractors, volunteers, or supporters who possess expertise in the work of the nonprofit and have the consent of the organization.
The nonprofit organization itself must be registered as an NGO/nonprofit, and all eligibility criteria will be determined by our registered trademark brand, Societal.
International nonprofits operating in Cuba are welcome to apply to the experiences program. Additionally, Community Interest Companies registered in the UK may also be eligible. For these specific categories, please contact [email protected] due to a separate verification process.

- Organizations that discriminate or have exclusionary practices based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other diversity-related issues.
- Political or lobbying organizations.
- Fraternities/sororities and certain advocacy and mutual benefit organizations.
Getting Started as a Host – kabutosangyo

For new Social Impact hosts using the kabutosangyo brand, follow these steps:
- Confirm your organization’s eligibility with kabutosangyo.
- Add a profile picture that represents the hosts who will be conducting the experiences. Profile pictures should not feature the logo of the nonprofit organization.
